For much of my life, I lived in a continuous state of lack, scarcity, fear and worry. I had extremely low self-worth. I felt inadequate and incompetent, often feeling defeated by life, and thinking that my dreams were simply unattainable. I genuinely thought that I was just meant to struggle and that was my destiny.

Today, I could share with you an extensive list of things that I’ve manifested in my external world, but I'm here to tell you that the thing that trumps all of my acquisitions in the 3D is the person I have become through this process of refinement, which is what I specifically want to help you with.

In my 40-day containers, we unravel the illusions of limiting beliefs, the layers of conditioning, and the lies of our programing - A.K.A. - everything that is keeping you small and stuck in an incoherent reality. 

Through committing to a daily practice, we focus on rewiring and reprograming our internal state, and the frequency at which we vibrate at, because as our inner world changes, our outer reality naturally begins to reflect it.

I draw from Quantum Mechanics, Neuroscience, Ayurvedic Medicine, and the Gene Keys. 

These teachings carry impactful information and valuable insights, which is important, but I know you don’t just need more information. 

You have endless amounts at your fingertips at all times.
